Midas

Outstanding service provider. Friendly, prompt, and efficient. Jeff at the counter showed me exactly what needed to be done in connection with replacing my alternator and pointed out a leak in my air conditioning compressor. I opted to defer the AC work and there was no pressure to proceed with it. The alternator-related work was completed as promised on the day I brought my car in. I will be transferring all future work on my truck to this Midas facility.

Jeff and his team were amazing!! They did my evaluation gave me the results and was even able to get me in at that moment!!! I was shocked! Happy! Amazed!! They even found I had a bad bearing which the dealership never told me about.

I appreciate that I was able to get my brake issue fixed with same day service. The wait time was unfortunate, but understandable. If I could have had an accurate estimate of the wait time, I could have made better use of my time while waiting. All things considered, I will likely return for future service needs.

They provided prompt service and took the car back at the time we reserved for the alignment. While they were aligning the vehicle, another issue was noticed with the vehicle's rear shocks. They wrote up a detailed description and an estimate to correct the issue and provided it to us at the end of our service. Highly recommend them.

The Ann Arbor Midas location is excellent! The manager Brian and his awesome team of mechanics impressed us with the results! Our 2009 Diesel Audi Q7 with over 250k miles on it runs like a new vehicle again! We could not be happier with the professional service we experienced here! Sincerely, Commissioner Ron Merritt II MBA
